Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using any applications ("Apps") provided by Digital Edge Creations LLC ("Company"), including but not limited to FreshLife, weather apps, lifestyle apps, and finance apps, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Apps.
License Grant
The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

App Updates
The Company may from time to time provide updates or modifications to the Apps ("Updates"). These Updates may include enhancements to current features, new features, or bug fixes. You agree that such Updates are covered by this Agreement and that the Company reserves the right to update or modify the Apps at its discretion. Your continued use of the Apps after an Update constitutes your acceptance of the Update and its incorporation into this Agreement. The Company is not obligated to provide any Updates, nor is it responsible for any issues or liabilities that may arise from these Updates.
Feedback and Comments
Users may submit feedback, suggestions, or comments regarding the Apps ("Feedback"). By providing Feedback, you grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such Feedback into the Apps or other products or services. The Company will have no confidentiality obligations with respect to the Feedback and shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Feedback. Your submission of Feedback is entirely voluntary, non-confidential, and gratuitous. The Company may use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Feedback for any purpose and in any way without any compensation to you. You also acknowledge that the Company is not obliged to act on this Feedback in any way.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Apps may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. Digital Edge Creations LLC is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
User Conduct and Responsibilities
Users are expected to use the Apps responsibly and legally. Prohibited behaviors include infringing on intellectual property rights, transmitting harmful code, and engaging in fraudulent activities.
Age Restrictions
The Apps are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. Users affirm they are over the minimum age required to use the Apps in their region.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Disputes arising from the use of the Apps will be resolved through arbitration and governed by the laws of the state where the Company is registered.
Data Retention and Deletion Policy
Data collected by the Apps is stored securely and is subject to deletion or anonymization per user request, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Apps and all related intellectual property are and shall remain the exclusive property of Digital Edge Creations LLC. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute the Apps or their content, including any trademarks, images, logos, or other proprietary information, without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Digital Edge Creations LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable to you under any theory of liability—whether contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or otherwise—for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Apps.
Furthermore, you expressly understand and agree that the Application Store, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable to you under any theory of liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages that may be incurred by you, including any loss of data, whether or not the Application Store or its representatives have been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of any such losses arising.
Tort Liability
In no event shall Digital Edge Creations LLC be liable for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses, or costs in an amount exceeding the amount paid by you for the App, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, including tort.
Severability
If any part of this Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Apps.
Special Disclaimer for Health-Related Apps
For Apps related to health and nutrition, such as FreshLife, you acknowledge that all information provided is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. The Company is not responsible for any adverse reactions, effects, or consequences resulting from the use of any recipes or suggestions in the Apps and advises you to consult a professional before making any health-related decisions.
Special Disclaimer for Weather and Emergency Apps
For Apps related to weather and emergencies, it is crucial to verify information with local authorities and not rely solely on the App for decisions. The Company is not responsible for any actions taken based on the information provided by these Apps, especially in the event of natural disasters or emergencies.
Modifications to the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Apps after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Changes to the EULA
Digital Edge Creations LLC reserves the right to modify this EULA. Continued use of the Apps after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Apps for violations of this Agreement.
